...is situated in Wirksworth, a Derbyshire market town set in the beautiful Peak District Britain’s first National Park, in the heart of England. For over 20 years May has developed her excellent reputation making delicious cakes for her Derbyshire customers. She honed her skills at Mary Ford’s School of icing down in Poole, Dorset.And also at Woodnots in Hove. Nearer home in Wirksworth, she studied at Chesterfield College. Since those days she has created her own styles of cake decoration and insists on using only the very best ingredients obtainable in her baking.
